The complete per-artifact inventory is ARTIFACTS.jsonl.gz: path, bytes, SHA256, certificate pointer, release status, and dtype/shape for every NPY matrix. Matrix dtypes: float16. No implicit conversion. Each archive has internal SHA256SUMS and BUNDLE-CERTIFICATE.json; original component certificates and additive human-gate metadata accompany layers. Extract bundles into the same directory (bundle-local SHA256SUMS is replaced by the next extraction; verify each immediately).

The script downloads the explicit file list, verifies archive hashes, and does not fetch video/audio/frame media. Existing v1 files and frozen retrieval2195/QA2042 benchmarks are untouched.

## Candidate status

18,527 F5 candidates: machine-filtered, not human-audited. No current benchmark admission. See candidates archive for exact criteria, stage removals and per-generator/pooled affinity tables. Negative-control false accepts1/200; source-support calibration only.

## Claim limits and private exclusions

CLAIM-LIMITS.md retains cost-bar failure, Captioner-baseline defects, audio-filter defects, model comparison caveats and all historical misses. KEPT-PRIVATE.json lists excluded artifacts and reasons. Historical pending/private stamps in original files are preserved as provenance; later HUMAN-GATE / ADOPTION-METADATA and this release binding define current status.

## Models

Adopted4B, Omni3B and FunctionGemma270M serving adapters, configuration/tokenizer files where produced, model licenses and human adoption evidence are included. Base model weights are fetched at the exact revision from their original provider; model license terms apply. Optimizer states and unadopted checkpoints are excluded. Omni human approval applies to the supplied-text recipe, not bare sensor-only inference.

## Calibration evidence

CALIBRATION-PER-ITEM.jsonl supplies all200 negative-control decisions, type, expected rejection and prompt hash. The complete source prompts and original candidate records remain in the private provenance repository to preserve quarantine; public rows permit recomputing false-accept counts without releasing rejected bank inputs. NEGATIVE-RESULTS.json in the metadata/candidates bundles carries Wilson intervals and limitations.
